Transforming Leadership: Insights Discover Program Empowers Darkinjung Community through PepsiCo and Jawun Partnership

Through our partnership with Jawun , partner PepsiCo facilitated their Insights Discover Program for organisational leaders from the Darkinjung community yesterday.

This transformative program provided a unique opportunity for participants to delve into their personal strengths, identify areas for growth, and explore their distinct work styles. Through self-reflection and interactive sessions, attendees gained a deeper understanding of themselves, fostering a more harmonious and effective work environment.

The Insights Discover Program not only enhanced individual perspectives but also strengthened the collective fabric of our teams, paving the way for continued growth and collaboration in our community.
